Overview
Our returns policy is 30 days from purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If any part or product is Installed and the bolts or anodizing is scratched or marked in anyway there is no way for us to offer a return. Anodizing scratches if the clamp on system is bolted into a chassis. grade 8 bolts show signs of wear when tightened, we do not send scratched unwrapped parts so therefor, we will not accept damaged items back. If you purchase a CASM clamp on system and try to install it, then you own it. Please do not try to return so, Pease don’t ask.
If we do accept a return, there will be a 30% restocking fee. This is not Negotiable.
Refunds
If 30 Days has not passed once your return items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30-day period.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sponsorship Deals and returns
Driver sponsorship program items cannot and will not be refunded. When a sponsorship agreement is made, it is final. To be clear, If CASM safety products agrees to give you discounted systems, and foam as part of a sponsorship program. Then a verbal agreement is made when you agree to the terms, and we ship the product. In return we expect to have our provided sticker or a CASM logo sticker on both sides of your car at all race events throughout the year. This is not negotiable.
Exchanges

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to 149 Byers Creek Road Suite 102 Mooresville, NC 28117
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
